My name is Yuen Ting Chow, Tina. I come from Hong Kong. My goal is get A.A. Degree from West Hills and transfer to other university to get a degree in business administration. I chose here, the main reason is the system for international student is more perfect than other college. Because West Hills has a small campus, therefore, the professor can take care all of us who need help. Besides, Coalinga is a quiet place, so I can concentrate to my study work easily and improve my English skills quickly.

I'm glad to choose west hills college be my first step of US education. here is a quiet small town and small college, good for study. low competition, i can take any subject i want, because the classes would never full. most of students just need two years to finish their associate degree or got enough unit to transfer to four years university. low cost of living, you may save a lot for your travel during summer or winter vacation. international staff always take care well for all of international students, so don't worry if you have any problem or even got sick. therefore, west hills college, definitely is your first step to begin US education.

When I came to USA, I was so nervous because it was the first time I went somewhere without my family. However, my feelings became free and comfortable soon because of Moraine Valley Community College. Both of my two roommates are so friendly. Not only are the students at Moraine nice, but also the education at Moraine is great.
The Intensive English Language Program is very effective to help international students improve their language. But the best thing is that the professors are awesome. I love my teachers! They are very patient to explain the questions that I don’t understand. In addition, I love the Tutoring Center. If I have problem with my homework or my class, I go to Tutoring Center to get some help. Moraine Valley is a great place to get started in your education in the U.S.
